What we store and why
- Discord profile: your ID, username, display name and avatar (when you sign in or use the bot).
- Account and session: Discord access tokens encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), plus IP address and browser per session (security only, 30 days).
- Preferences: language and time zone, so times and texts render in your format.
- Coordination: your war signups (role, ship, quantity) while the bot stays in the server, and the dashboard audit log (12 months).
- Contact form: the email, Discord name and server you submit go to the operator's inbox solely to answer your enquiry; they are not stored in the database.
Legal basis: performing the service you start by connecting your Discord account (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest for security and integrity (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
No ads, no profiling, no commercial sharing.
Recipients: Discord Inc. (sign-in and avatars), netcup GmbH (hosting, Nuremberg, Germany) and Resend.com (contact form email delivery).
Transfers to the US: Discord Inc. and Resend.com, covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Sessions, IP and browser: 30 days. Tokens: while the account is in use.
A Discord server's data: deleted when the bot is removed from that server.
Audit log: 12 months.
You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability via the contact published on this page; you may also complain to the German data protection authority of the operator's federal state (list of authorities: bfdi.bund.de).
The service is not directed at minors: in Germany the minimum age of consent for information society services is 16. If you are a minor, ask an adult to contact us.
